Carey, Moldauer Lead Team to Victory

Olympic gymnasts Jade Carey and Yul Moldauer led Team USA to victory at the 40th Swiss Cup 2023 in Zurich on Sunday, November 5.

Carey, a native of Phoenix, Arizona, and a student at Oregon State University, made her 2023 season debut at the Super 16 Invitational on January 6. The following week, she competed at the Wasatch Classic, where she earned two perfect 10s.

Moldauer, from Arvada, Colorado, is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He is a two-time NCAA champion and a member of the U.S. national team.

Carey and Moldauer helped Team USA secure victory in the team competition at the Swiss Cup. Carey contributed strong performances on the vault, floor exercise, and uneven bars, while Moldauer excelled on the pommel horse, rings, and parallel bars.
